Absolutely not. Every cash offer is risk-free. You're under no obligation, and it's completely your choice to accept or decline.
Can you buy my house if it's listed with an agent?
Unfortunately, no. When a house is listed with an agent it's under contract, so we can't buy it.
What if I owe money on the house?
We can still buy it, even with loans or liens. If you owe more than our cash offer, that's still OK. We've bought several homes with high mortgages using special financing options.
How long will it take to sell my house?
It depends. We can buy some houses in as little as 7 days. Every situation is different, and we'll move as quickly as yours allows.
How much can you buy my house for?
We look at the location, the repairs needed to bring it to acceptable standards, and what similar houses sold for in the past few months. Then we make a fair cash offer.
Do I need to make repairs or clean?
